Job Descriptions
-Handle customers contacts via Live Chat, Email and phone, at least 100+ chat/day -Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints and feedback -Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer need - Suggest customers, drivers, and merchants of how to use applications, and basic trouble shooting. -Coordinate between Passengers and Drivers on pick up points, food delivery related etc.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related
  2. Able to work on shift timing (shifts rotating schedule 24/7)
  3. Fluent at English OR Chinese competencies
  4. Proven customer support experience or Live Chat experience
  5. Excellent data entry and typing skills: THŊ 35/mins
  6. Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
  7. Experience in customer service 2-3 years
