Job Descriptions
-Handle customers contacts via Live Chat, Email and phone, at least 100+ chat/day
-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints and feedback
-Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer need
- Suggest customers, drivers, and merchants of how to use applications, and basic trouble shooting.
-Coordinate between Passengers and Drivers on pick up points, food delivery related etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related
- Able to work on shift timing (shifts rotating schedule 24/7)
- Fluent at English OR Chinese competencies
- Proven customer support experience or Live Chat experience
- Excellent data entry and typing skills: THŊ 35/mins
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
- Experience in customer service 2-3 years
