Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: 1.Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. 2.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely solutions. 3.Monitor system performance, security, and reliability, making necessary improvements. 4.Collaborate with other IT staff to develop and maintain IT policies and procedures. 5.Assist in the deployment of new technologies and upgrades. 6.Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring their needs are met. 7.Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery testing. 8.Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures. 9.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. 10. Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in IT or a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and security practices.
  4. Experience with cloud platforms.
  5. Proficient in server management.
  6. Familiarity with virtualization technologies
  7. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  8. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  9. Can communicate in English will be preffered
  10. Able to work in Ayutthaya 6 working days
