Job Descriptions
1. Ensure products and services offered to customers are within the scope and capability of the company.
2. Review customers’ requirements and ensure the requirements are clearly understood and agreed by both parties.
3. Provide quotations to customers and review prices submitted by suppliers.
4. Evaluate sales performance by reviewing actual volume and contribution against targets and projections.
5. Attend customer inquiry and following up with customer with quotation and requirements.
6. Provide materials forecast to Purchase Department, issue Purchase Requisition to purchase and monitor arrival of shipments.
7. Prepare spreadsheet on customer forecasts, booking to suppliers, customer orders, incoming quantity and out-going delivery to customers.
8. Prepare input Master Schedule and monitor stock inventory.
9. Monitor and feedback information on competitor’s activities and prices in the market and implementing marketing plan and strategy with Sales manager
10. Initiate customer complaint reports and ensure the complaints are properly and efficiently dealt with.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management or other related fields
- Have at least 1-3 years of working experience
- Able to use computers, Word, Excel, Power point programs very well
- Able to use ERP programs
- Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, writing) at a moderate level
- Creative and always ready to learn new things
- Able to drive a car and have a driver's license
- Able to work in upcountry
