Job Descriptions
Responsibilities :- - Recognize, identify and prioritize incidents in accordance with customer business requirements, organizational policies and operational impact - Perform monitoring add on service ex. system, cloud, security - Inform Service desk to log ticket, perform ticket status tracking and escalation for incident management process - Perform troubleshoot and resolve network, cloud, security first level incident within SLA - Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer, Telecom Engineering or related fields
  2. 2-6 years in computer network/ IT Helpdesk/Internet Broadband experience
  3. Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure, LAN & WAN, Ethernet, MPLS, FTTx
  4. Experience with supporting IP services (TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, VPN, QOS, SDN, SNMP, VOIP)
  5. Experience with CISCO and Juniper, switches, routers
  6. Enthusiastic, can-do attitude, service minded
  7. Good command of English
  8. **Can work as a shift 24/7
