Job Descriptions

-Reviews and processes orders, ensuring compliance with guidelines and rules set in place. -Receives and reviews customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness. -Enters orders into the system and track their progress throughout the fulfilment process. -Tracks and reports status of all orders to sales teams, updating in a timely manner. -May be required to verify billing information and addresses discrepancies if needed. -Ensures that customer orders (and if required invoices) align with contractual terms and pricing agreements. -Communicates with customers or relevant internal stakeholders regarding order status. -Addresses customer and/or internal stakeholder inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner. -May work with internal stakeholders to update customer profiles and relevant information in the system. -Enters order details accurately into the system and update relevant databases. -Ensures all necessary information is captured for accurate reporting. -Conducts quality checks on orders to prevent errors and discrepancies. -Ensures all documents and data are complete and accurate. -Performs any other related task as required.
