Job Descriptions
1. Associate’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
2. Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems; knowledgeable in configuring and using mainstream office software.
3. Solid understanding of network fundamentals; experience configuring switches, routers, and firewalls. Capable of configuring mainstream network devices, including but not limited to Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Ruijie, and Aruba equipment.
4. Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, capable of independently troubleshooting desktop and network issues.
5. Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and strong service awareness.
6. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, HCNA) are preferred.
7. Candidates with Chinese communication skills are preferred.
Qualifications

- เข้าใจพื้นฐานเครือข่ายเป็นอย่างดี มีประสบการณ์ในการกำหนดค่าสวิตช์ เราเตอร์ และไฟร์วอลล์ สามารถกำหนดค่าอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายทั่วไปได้ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงอุปกรณ์ Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Ruijie และ Aruba
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่ง สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเดสก์ท็อปและเครือข่ายได้ด้วยตนเอง
- หากสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
