Job Descriptions
•Broad Knowledge in Air Export Operations.
•Creation of Air Freight Forwarding documents, e.g. verify copy MAWB, HAWB, Manifest, Cartage Advice etc.
•Ensure all security arrangements and procedures are met.
•Correspond and follow up on emails.
•Follow Cargo/Shipment irregularity handling procedures.
•Adherence to customer specific SOPs.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, age 25-35 years.
- Freight Forwarding and/or related fields Minimum 3 years or above
- Good command of written and spoken English & Thai and additional Language will be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have good problem solving and negotiation skills.
