Job Descriptions

• Identify and target new customer groups by understanding B2B customer profiles. • Follow up with assigned project customers, present products, and build trust to professionally close elevator sales. • Manage and monitor the sales team’s performance to achieve the assigned targets. • Plan and develop sales strategies to drive team performance and meet overall sales goals. • Coordinate with the installation teams and ensure smooth project execution. • Analyze sales data, report performance, and provide improvement suggestions. • Regularly maintain and update sales activities through the CRM System.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Accounting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Senior Sales or Project Management.
Proficiency in English, especially in Business Communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Systems.
Having own car with Driving License.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
Ability to plan and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Strong organizational skills, proactive and result-oriented.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
Proactive work and ready to approach customers.
Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
