Job Descriptions
1. ดำเนินการบริหารกำหนดนโยบาย รวมทั้งเป้าหมายของโรงงานผลิต 2. ดำเนินการบริหารกำหนดเป้าหมายการผลิต คุณภาพ ต้นทุน เวลา และการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ 3. ดำเนินการบริหาร ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง 4. ดำเนินการบริหารจัดการแก้ไขปัญหา รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุ เพื่อควบคุม และปรับปรุงกระบวนการในการผลิต 5. ดำเนินการบริหารกำกับ ดูแลฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อเสริมสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน 6. ดำเนินการบริหารกำกับดูแลทุกส่วนและแผนกที่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบจัดทำนโยบาย วัตถุประสงค์ประจำปีให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและวัตถุประสงค์ประจำปีของบริษัทฯ สามารถปฎิบัติและวัดผลได้จริง 7. ดำเนินการบริหารกำกับดูแลกำลังการผลิตของบริษัทฯ ให้ถูกใช้ไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด 8. ดำเนินการบริหารกำกับดูแลให้ต้นทุนการผลิตเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปี ขึ้นไป ในโรงงานผลิตอุตสาหกรรม
  2. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี (ใช้ในงานวิเคราะห์ Data ได้)
  3. มีความรู้กระบวนการการผลิตเป็นอย่างดี สามารถวางแผนกระบวนการการจัดการกระบวนการผลิตได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้
  6. สามารถใช้ excel ได้ดี
  7. สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
