Job Descriptions

This position is open to new graduates who hold a Thai Lawyer License. The ideal candidate should have strong advocacy skills, excellent knowledge of Thai laws and court procedures, and the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to company and other stakeholders. The Lawyer will be responsible for representing the company in court proceedings, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and ensuring the efficient management of cases. And perform the other duties as assigned. Job Responsibilities - Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the Company. - Prepare and draft legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents. - Research and prepare legal opinions on various civil or criminal matters. - Draft and review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, records, and databases. - Draft, amend, review and recommend modifications or related laws and regulations governing the company. - Advise on statutory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Law.
In-depth knowledge of Thai laws, court procedures, and legal practices.
At least 1 years experience of civil / commercial litigation.
Having Attorney-at-Law License is mandatory.
Hold a driver license. (Car or Motorcycle)
Able to travel upcountry for a long period of time.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate in G-suite, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
