Job Descriptions
วิเคราะห์ และ แก้ไขปัญหา ให้แล้วเสร็จในกรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และเป็นไปตาม SLA ที่ตกลงไว้กับลูกค้าแต่ละราย หลังจากนั้นทำการบันทึก สาเหตุ แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา ลงในระบบ เพื่อให้ส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปจัดทำรายงาน ส่งห้กับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และให้ได้ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจไม่น้อยกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด •ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1 ปีขึ้นทางด้าน Programmer •สามารถเขียนโปรแกรม ด้วยภาษา Java, Javascript, JQuery •มีความรู้ในด้านฐานข้อมูล SQL, PL/SQL •มีความรู้ด้าน Report Tools เช่น Jasper Report, Crystal Report •มีความเข้าใจกระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหา (Problem Solving) เป็นอย่างดี •มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานทางด้าน Business ทั่วไปเป็นอย่างดี •การวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหา •มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและถ่ายทอดได้ดี •มีความสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดี •การสรุปประเด็น การจับใจความ •การติดต่อประสานงาน •การทำเอกสารต่างๆ
Qualifications
  1. ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1 ปีขึ้นทางด้าน Programmer
  2. สามารถเขียนโปรแกรม ด้วยภาษา Java, Javascript, JQuery
  3. มีความรู้ในด้านฐานข้อมูล SQL, PL/SQL
  4. มีความรู้ด้าน Report Tools เช่น Jasper Report, Crystal Report
  5. มีความเข้าใจกระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหา (Problem Solving) เป็นอย่างดี
  6. มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานทางด้าน Business ทั่วไปเป็นอย่างดี
  7. ชาย/หญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
  8. ปริญญาตรี คณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, สาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
