Job Descriptions
- วางแผนโครงการ กำหนดขอบเขตและเป้าหมาย ร่วมเก็บ Requirement และทำ WBS
- จัดสรรทรัพยากร กำหนด Timeline และติดตามความคืบหน้า ด้วย Agile / Kanban
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จัดประชุม Kick-off, Review และ Demo
- ดูแลและควบคุมงบประมาณ พร้อมแจ้งลูกค้าเมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าใช้จ่าย
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพงาน พิจารณาความเสี่ยง และวางแผนป้องกันปัญหา
- บริหารทีม สนับสนุนและแก้ไขอุปสรรค สร้างแรงจูงใจให้ทีมทำงานได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ
- ควบคุมการส่งมอบงาน ทดสอบระบบ จัดทำคู่มือ และวางแผนการดูแลหลัง Go-Live
Qualifications
- ประสบการณ์ด้านโครงการ Software Development / Implementation
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานบริหารโครงการ 5–10 ปีขึ้นไป (Product / Account Management จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- เคยทำงานใน Banking, FinTech, Insurance, High Tech, Manufacturing หรือ Public Sector จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เข้าใจหลักการและเครื่องมือ Project Management เช่น Agile, Kanban, CMMI
