Job Descriptions
• จัดเตรียม จัดทำ ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์สินค้า และคู่มือการใช้งานต่างๆ
• ดูแล และ support การติดตั้งของลูกค้า
• ตอบข้อซักถาม แนะนำวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหา network ลูกค้า
• เตรียมการ Training, on site
• อัพเดทข้อมูล ปรับปรุงดูแลเว็บไซต์
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 28 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- มีประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปี
- มีความรักและชอบงาน Network, งานท้าทาย
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ตามสมควรแก่วิชาชีพ
- บุคลิกดี, อัธยาศัยดี, มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี, ทำงานหนักได้, พัฒนาตัวเองอยู่เสมอ
- รักความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ มีความรู้รอบตัว ไหวพริบดี
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ Network, Wireless, VPN, Load balance
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจระบบ Network เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ทางด้าน TCP/IP Network, OSI Model เป็นอย่างดี
- ที่พักอาศัยใกล้ที่ทำงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ, สะดวกในการเดินทาง
- ไม่ขาด ลา มาสายบ่อย
- ไม่มีประวัติอาชญากรรม
