Job Descriptions
1.Take full responsibility for sales operations in the Thailand and Southeast Asia market, formulate and execute regional sales strategies, and achieve sales targets and market expansion tasks assigned by the company. 2.Have an in-depth understanding of local market trends and competitors' situations, promptly report market information, and provide strong support for the company's product research and development and marketing strategy adjustments. 3.Establish and maintain good customer relationships, expand new customers, explore potential customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4.Collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of orders and the efficient provision of after-sales services. Hilux is one of the leading manufacturer of cupcakes liners, tulip cups, PET laminated baking cups, baking paper,paper bags for food products in China and Thailand.Factory address:141 Moo 12 Hua Wa Subdistrict Hua Wa. Qualifications
  1. A bachelor's degree or above, with majors in marketing, international trade, business management, etc., preferred.
  2. At least 3 years of sales experience, with experience in the Thailand and Southeast Asia market preferred; familiar with the local market environment, business culture, and consumption habits.
  3. Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and proficiency in English or local languages (such as Thai, etc.) for work communication.
  4. Experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred). Have a deeply understanding of the our business areas and be able to quickly learning translate relevant vocabulary.
  5. Knowledge of Thai and Chinese business culture (preferred).
  6. Strong market analysis, negotiation, and customer development abilities; capable of independently formulating and effectively implementing sales plans.
  7. Good teamwork spirit, communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work under pressure; willing to travel frequently within the region.
  8. Must have a licence to drive a car
