เงื่อนไขการจ้าง: สัญญาจ้าง สวัสดิการ: ประกันสังคม วันทำงาน: จันทร์ - ศุกร์ (08.30-17.30 น.) สถานที่ทำงาน : สำนักงานใหญ่, ถ.เพชรบุรีตัดใหม่, กทม. ---------------------- รายละเอียดงาน: - ทำเอกสารรายการคำนวน, material approved, รายการวัสดุ และแบบของงานระบบ HVAC, Pump and Piping ที่สอดคล้องกับโครงการ - ประสานงานระหว่างทีมงาน ลูกค้า และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ลดปัญหาความขัดแย้งที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในการออกแบบ ทดสอบ และก่อสร้าง - ทำการติดต่อเทียบราคาและเทคนิค เพื่อออก PR จัดซื้อจัดจ้าง และประสานงานกับจัดซื้อเพื่อออก PO ให้ทันตามกำหนดหารของโครงการ - ทำเอกสารและประสานงานเพื่อทำ Pre-com & Commissioning procedure และร่วมทำการทดสอบกับทางทีมงาน และลูกค้า - สามารถจัดการให้ได้ปริมาณงาน และส่งงานตามกำหนดได้
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล
  2. ประสบการณ์ 5 ปี ในธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง
  3. มีความรู้ทางด้านกระบวนการทำงานที่ไซท์ก่อสร้าง และ สามารถประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆได้
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD และ MS Office ได้
  5. สามารถทำงานใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
