Job Descriptions
1.Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.
2.Plan projects, design, calculate, supervise construction, set standards, estimate costs, install, experiment, test, or perform maintenance tasks that require technical knowledge in mechanical engineering.
3.Study, develop, and improve mechanical engineering tasks to ensure high quality and standards.
4.Collect and analyze issues with machinery and structures related to mechanical engineering work.
5.Prepare specifications and specific technical requirements for mechanical engineering projects.
6.Inspect structural designs and production support equipment.
7.Coordinate both internal and external teamwork.
8.Prepare user manuals and maintenance guidelines for new and current machinery using Planned Maintenance principles.
9.Train maintenance and production staff on machinery maintenance and adjustment.
10.Operate under quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, BRC, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Halal, and other standards.
11.Take responsibility for communicating various information to subordinates to ensure awareness of quality policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an industrial factory.
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Myanmar nationality , Age not over 35 years old.
- Good English communication skills
