1.ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาโรงงาน/กระบวนการ
2.คุ้นเคยกับกระบวนการ NPI
3.ลดต้นทุนกระบวนการผลิต
4.ควบคุมกระบวนการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
5.ฝึกอบรมช่างเทคนิคตามคำแนะนำการทำงานและคำอธิบายงาน
6.ควบคุม KPI ของแผนกเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
7.มีส่วนร่วมในระบบคุณภาพ ISO
8.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
9.สามารถวางแผนเกี่ยวกับการจัดเตรียมเครื่องจักรตามอินพุต-เอาต์พุตที่ต้องการ

Qualifications
- Have knowledge and be able to planning about product/process technology transfer to complete trial production in Thailand (1. มีความรู้และสามารถวางแผนเกี่ยวกับการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีผลิตภัณฑ์/กระบวนการไปสู่การผลิตทดลองในประเทศไทยได้)
- Degree in an engineering field (2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์)
- Well-known about NPI process (3. คุ้นเคยกับกระบวนการ NPI)
- Have experience in wire/cable Industry (4. มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมสาย/เคเบิล)
- Can working and solve problem of engineering issues (5. สามารถทำงานและแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านวิศวกรรมได้อย่างมีตรรกะ)
- Have the ability to read and create engineering drawing (6. มีความสามารถในการอ่านและเขียนแบบวิศวกรรมได้)
- Knowledge of quality management system of ISO standard (7. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบการจัดการคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO)
- Having good skills of development, technical support and troubleshooting (8. มีทักษะที่ดีในการพัฒนา การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค และการแก้ไขปัญหา)
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft office ,e-mail and internet. (9. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยเฉพาะ Microsoft Office, อีเมล และอินเทอร์เน็ต)
- Able to listen, speak, read and write Chinese at a good level will be a plus (If you have HSK certificate, it will be given special consideration) (10. สามารถฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียนภาษาจีนได้ในระดับดี (หากมีใบรับรอง HSK จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ))
