Job Descriptions
Job description:
. Develop and implement the annual audit plan for the branch company;
2. Conduct independent special audits: Identify, assess, and address various risks in business operations. Develop an audit plan, combine data analysis and sampling methods for auditing to uncover issues, propose objective audit conclusions and improvement suggestions, prepare audit report and report to the
management, follow up on the implementation of improvement plans, and continuously monitor;
3. Optimize systems and processes: Refer to industry standards and regulatory requirements, combined with
local actual conditions, collaborate with the internal audit department of the headquarters to improve
systems and processes, ensure that the internal control system complies with local relevant laws and
regulations and the company's strategic goals, and promote management efficiency improvement;
4. Organize internal control knowledge training in the branch company to enhance employees' risk and
internal control awareness.
Qualifications
- 5 years or more of auditing experience in multinational enterprises, proficient in local accounting standards and regulations.
- Holding professional qualifications such as CIA/ACCA is preferred.
- Ideal background: preferably accounting firm experience combined with enterprise experience.
- Language requirements: local language + either English or Chinese.
- No specific age requirements.
- Can go on a business trip.
- Capacity to multiple handles assigned tasks simultaneously.
