Job Descriptions
-Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
-Design system architecture and workflows using appropriate diagramming tools.
-Document Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and Software Change Request (SCR) clearly and completely.
-Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure understanding and alignment.
-Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and actively participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.
-Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot issues reported by end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Business, or other related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience working in a System Analyst or related position.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for delivering quality work and continuous improvement.
