Job Descriptions
1. Provide accurate and timely legal advice to the company on corporate matters.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as legal opinions, contracts, agreements, memorandums, and corporate policies.
3. Conduct in-depth legal research to support decision-making and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Maintain good written and spoken English skills to effectively communicate with clients, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Valid Attorney at Law license.
- Proven experience in corporate law.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
