Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a full-loop HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Proven ability to manage both internal staff and consultants working onsite at client locations
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Thai labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to work effectively with global teams
- Age between 28 -38 years.
