Job Descriptions

•Own the planning and execution of search engine advertising for Synergy Group / SYNTECH / SYNHUB •Design and implement online marketing campaigns •Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively plan campaigns •Measure and improve SEM metrics such as click-through rates and customer acquisition rates •Perform thorough keywords research •Direct off-page / on -Page optimization projects such as link-building •Identify and monitor key SEO KPIs, such as redirects, click rate, and bounce rate •Analyze SEM data and develop and present reports utilizing it •Manage and adjust PPC campaigns and budgets •Suggest improvements to optimize the process and productivity •Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes •Stay up-to-date with SEO/SEM trends and creative campaigns

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in SEM, SEO, or a similar role
Experience planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
Experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development
Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
Experience with Google Ads / Experience with WordPress
Experience with HTML and CSS / Experience with SEO reporting
Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles and best practices
Knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, AHREFs or SEMrush, and Facebook Business Manager
In-depth experience with website analytics tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
