Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance or food safety management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and statistical analysis software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
