The Project Management – EV Charger will be in charge of the home charging projects (AC), responsible for planning, implementation, management and coordination of the new energy project to ensure the smooth progress of the project and achieve the expected goals. Controlling overall operation of the projects and department. This role will involve close collaboration with both customers and internal parties. Summarize weekly and monthly reports for the related project, with focusing on installation rate, timeliness, customer satisfaction, stuck points encountered and possible solutions. Act as voice of the customer - closely collaborate with internal parties in building out good services. Supervise and manage emergency matters raised and conduct monthly incident report. Review all contracts related to the installation and delivery of EV chargers, collaborate with project delivery, design and engineering teams, renewal of contract, bidding and to ensure construction drawings meet all required specifications. Driving performance to overall business goals. Track tasks, milestones, deliverables and hold other teams accountable to progress. Take necessary actions to address performance gaps and drive towards achieving sales goals. Manage maintenance and repair activities, liaise with associated vendors, prioritize critical repairs, and monitor KPIs. Review and control materials list / stock managing in the warehouse to coordinate with the construction team quarterly. Manage and approve work orders. Supervise customer service team activities related to inspections. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operation. Monitor the performance of projects. Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on operational feedback. Conduct related report as needed.

Qualifications

Thai Nationality.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with Professional Electrical Engineer License.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working with AC charger.
Have a certain understanding of the charging industry, need management ability, have a certain ability to solve and coordinate emergencies, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Having certain understandings in warehousing, customer service, engineering, procurement.
In-depth knowledge of EV Charger or Solar System.
Able to travel to different cities within Thailand. Having a valid driving license.
