Job Descriptions
-การตรวจสอบเอกสารควบคุม Review of controlled document
-การบำรุงรักษาระบบการจัดการเอกสาร Document management system maintain
-ควบคุมเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ controlled document electronic distribution
-ควบคุมการออก/เรียกคืนเอกสารControl of document issue/recall
-การออกเอกสารชั่วคราว Temporary document issue recycle
-การจัดเก็บเอกสาร Filing and storage of the document
-มีประสบการณ์การทำ Internal Audit Experience doing Internal Audit
Qualifications
- เพศ ชาย-หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส.ขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการด้านการควบคุมเอกสาร อย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
- มีความรู้กระบวนการจัดเก็บเอกสารระบบ ISO9001, ISO14001， IATF16949, ข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
- มีความรู้เรื่องข้อกำหนด และ internal Audit ISO9001, ISO14001， IATF16949
- ทักษะในการสื่อสาร ทักษะการประสานงานและการดำเนินการที่ดี และและมีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา
- สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้ หากเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
