Job Descriptions

•Led market research to assess consumer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies, developing strategic pricing models for profitable product launches. •Study, analyze, and develop methods for creating new products that align with the company’s strategies. •Manage New Product Development, coordinating internal teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Production) and external partners (OEM, Suppliers) to ensure timely and seamless execution. •Monitored post-launch sales performance, using data-driven insights to optimize awareness, refine strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, NPD, or OEM Management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate internally and externally.
Strong market analysis and strategic thinking skills.
Negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with partners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
