Job Descriptions
1. Ensure that materials are uploaded online in time and accurately according to the production and delivery schedule to ensure that the production plan is completed effectively.
2. Oversee and manage the collection, preparation, delivery and first-in, first-out conditions of materials in the warehouse to ensure the consistency between accounts and cards and the consistency between inventory and finance.
3. Supervise the improvement of the “5S” of the warehouse area.
4. Follow up and expedite the arrival of purchased parts and self-made parts, coordinate and configure materials appropriately to be used online, follow up and expedite the arrival of overdue materials, and ensure that materials for assembly arrive on time and in accordance with standards.
5. Specially check the timely and accurate arrival of small batches of materials to ensure that small batches are completed on time with quality and quantity every month.
6. Prepare a material delivery comparison table, and ensure that the material data in the ERP system is updated correctly and promptly.
7. Prepare the production plan, create and record the related material drawings and documents.
8. Check the accuracy and timeliness of the material shortage data in the warehouse, and upload and update it in a timely manner.
9. Control inventory, check the safety of inventory, prevent over-storage of goods, and reduce the amount of leftover materials. and reduce inventory costs
10. Responsible for tracking and processing technical change notifications and internal communication forms
11. Responsible for evaluating supplier issues
12. Find the corresponding shipping orders according to the daily shipping orders and packing information, and check the corresponding orders to see if the goods have been packed
13. Find the packaged goods in the warehouse according to the shipping order. If you find that the goods need to be shipped but are not packed in the warehouse, you must notify the person in charge of the packaging
Qualifications
