Job Descriptions

1.Design products based on customer requirements. 2.Ensure a design concept is technically feasible to customer satisfaction. 3.Undertake the prototyping and testing of products, documenting results and iterations. 4.Developing and maintaining detailed documentation for production operations, including process flowcharts, work instructions and operating procedures. 5.Designing and implementing process improvements, equipment, plant layout and workflow optimization to enhance productivity and quality. 6.Providing engineering support for production issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing corrective actions. 7.Assisting with the selection, installation, and testing of new production equipment and machinery. 8.Communicate with customers and suppliers /venders to obtain materials and/or equipment needed.

Qualifications

Male Age 27-32 years
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial or related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/MS Office/CAD 2D 3D/PLC
Possess experience in project development and tooling design.
Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate leadership skills.
Detail-oriented and responsible.
Knowledgeable in quality standards (IATF 16949:2016 & ISO14001).
Lean line design and Manufacturing design, Machine design knowledge according to Capacity, Safety, Quality basis.
