Job Descriptions
a. Need to well known about seven basic tools of quality, and be able to make related analysis such as CPK/PPK/MSA/AQL..etc
b. Have basic knowledge about APQP for cooperate with related dept. (RD/ENG/PD/ME..etc) to complete PPAP.
b. Control QA Inspection such as In-process, Out-going inspection.
c. Control QA instrument/Equipment as preventive maintenance and recording.
d. According to product drawing to make control plan and related quality record sheet during production.
e. Participant in ISO system and related documentation such as Standard/Instruction/Procedure.
f. Daily update inspection result and make summary report.
g. Daily update any abnormal in quality control inspection.
h. Investigate production when found abnormality and make the root cause/solution report (8D)
i. Guiding each department to create the correct loop and generate control system/documents during daily operation.
j. Responsible for regulation certificate such as ISO/UL/TISI/IATF16949..etc apply and control.
k. Leading factory audit related activity and prepare documents/record for reference if necessary.
Qualifications
- Mandarin or English language skill will be plus
- Wire harness/Cable manufacturing experience will be plus.
- Have basic knowledge about APQP for cooperate with related dept. (RD/ENG/PD/ME..etc) to complete PPAP.
