Location: Asok - Klong Toei, Thailand
Salary: Officer Level 25,0000 and up to THB 80,000/month for Assistant Manager Level
Work Mode: On-site, Full-Time
Professional Experience:
- Comprehensive experience in Customer Service within third-party logistics (3PL) environment
- Minimum 1 year in shipping industry for Junior role
- Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience at supervisory level or above in Customer Service or Logistics operations for Supervisor role
- Demonstrated expertise in sea freight operations with freight forwarding company background preferred
Technical Competencies:
- Excellent proficiency in English language with reading, writing, and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in specialized software applications, particularly advanced Excel functions including pivot table analysis
- Comprehensive understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements
Personal Attributes:
- Flexibility to undertake business travel and collaborate with international teams
- Adaptability to work in overseas assignments when required
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise daily export cargo operations encompassing FCL, LCL, buyer consolidation services, and air freight shipments
- Ensure seamless operational flow and maintain service excellence
- Provide timely and accurate shipment status updates in accordance with customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to exceed service expectations
