Job Descriptions
Customer Service (Junior/Supervisor/Assistant Manager) Location: Asok - Klong Toei, Thailand Salary: Officer Level 25,0000 and up to THB 80,000/month for Assistant Manager Level Work Mode: On-site, Full-Time Professional Experience: - Comprehensive experience in Customer Service within third-party logistics (3PL) environment - Minimum 1 year in shipping industry for Junior role - Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience at supervisory level or above in Customer Service or Logistics operations for Supervisor role - Demonstrated expertise in sea freight operations with freight forwarding company background preferred Technical Competencies: - Excellent proficiency in English language with reading, writing, and verbal communication abilities - Strong analytical skills with expertise in specialized software applications, particularly advanced Excel functions including pivot table analysis - Comprehensive understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements Personal Attributes: - Flexibility to undertake business travel and collaborate with international teams - Adaptability to work in overseas assignments when required Key Responsibilities: - Direct and supervise daily export cargo operations encompassing FCL, LCL, buyer consolidation services, and air freight shipments - Ensure seamless operational flow and maintain service excellence - Provide timely and accurate shipment status updates in accordance with customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Maintain proactive communication with clients to exceed service expectations
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification in export-related field
  2. Extensive background in sea freight operations with freight forwarding organizations
  3. Complete functional expertise across all Customer Service responsibilities
  4. In-depth knowledge of Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) operations
  5. Specialized experience in Buyer's Consolidation services and processes
  6. Primary focus and expertise in sea export operations
  7. Comprehensive experience in Customer Service within third-party logistics (3PL) environment
  8. Minimum 3 years of proven leadership experience at supervisory level or above in Customer Service or Logistics operations for Supervisor role
