Job Descriptions

- Prepare regular reports summarizing test outcomes, defect trends, and process improvements. - Support onsite visits and customer interactions to investigate and resolve quality concerns. - Assisting in handling quality abnormalities and executing tracking of countermeasures - Customer communication and account management - Support reports to customer and managements - Collaborate with product category teams and sales teams to address and resolve product-related issues. - Attend and lead customer teleconference - Analyze product defects and customer feedback, then report findings to the development or technical teams for resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working in QA Engineer
Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
If can speak Chinese will be an advantage.
Strong computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point)
Knowledge IATF 16949 requirement
