We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in customs clearance, cross-border transportation, and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities in the logistics sector. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in customs brokerage and cross-border logistics services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. - Prepare and present customized logistics solutions to meet client needs. - Collaborate with operations and customs teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy. - Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in 3PL, with a strong focus on customs and cross-border services.
Solid understanding of Thai customs regulations and ASEAN cross-border trade.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English.
Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills are essential.
Engaging the audience, and successfully closing sales skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Monday to Friday, 100% on-site work at the company office (BTS On Nut area).
