Job Descriptions

•Collect data from sales reports for analysis •Develop methods for assessing large amounts of data •Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources •Use sales tools software •Monitor and report on key sales metrics •Create sales evaluation reports based on collected data •Proactive problem solving •Collaborate with team members and members of other departments •Support the sales team with data-driven recommendations •Ensure data accuracy and integrity in sales databases •Provide training and support to new hire on data tools and techniques •Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalence in any field
Experience in Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin
Good communication and analytical skills
Good command in English
Proficient skill for MS Office Applications Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SAP/Power BI (especially Excel, Pivot Table, Power BI)
Understanding the processes FMCG experience
Strong communication skills (verbally and written)
