Job Descriptions
ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องการ ผู้ที่เคยมีประสบการณ์ในการปิดงบการเงินชุดใหญ่ และสามารถบริหาร การตรวจสอบบัญชี (Audit), ภาษี (Tax Compliance), และกระแสเงินสด (Cash Flow Management) ได้อย่างแม่นยำ 1. การปิดงบการเงิน (Financial Closing & Reporting) -ควบคุมและดูแล การปิดบัญชีรายเดือน, ไตรมาส และรายปี ให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา -ตรวจสอบและจัดทำ งบการเงิน (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement) และ Notes to Financial Statements -ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายในและภายนอก (External & Internal Auditors) เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่างบการเงินถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานบัญชี 2. การควบคุมบัญชีและภาษี (Accounting & Tax Compliance) -ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ การบันทึกบัญชี (General Ledger, AP, AR, Cost Accounting) -ดูแลการคำนวณและยื่นภาษีทุกประเภท เช่น ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT), ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (Withholding Tax), และภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล (Corporate Tax) -ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการปฏิบัติตาม มาตรฐานบัญชี (TFRS/IFRS) และกฎหมายภาษีของกรมสรรพากร 3. การบริหารจัดการทางการเงิน (Financial Management & Cash Flow) -วิเคราะห์และบริหาร กระแสเงินสด (Cash Flow Management) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าบริษัทมีสภาพคล่องที่เพียงพอ -ควบคุม รายรับ-รายจ่าย (Receivables & Payables Management) และกำกับดูแล การบริหารเครดิตของลูกค้าและซัพพลายเออร์ -วางแผน งบประมาณ (Budgeting) และประมาณการทางการเงิน (Financial Forecasting) ร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหาร 4. การบริหารทีมบัญชี (Team Management & Development) -ควบคุมและพัฒนาทีมบัญชีให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ วางแผน พัฒนาศักยภาพของทีม (Training & Coaching) เพื่อให้พนักงานสามารถทำงานเชิงรุกและเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับการเติบโตของบริษัท -สร้างมาตรฐานการทำงานและปรับปรุง Workflow ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด 5. การสนับสนุนการเตรียมเข้าตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (IPO Readiness – ถ้ามีแผน) -ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุง โครงสร้างทางบัญชีให้เหมาะสมเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมกับการเป็นบริษัทมหาชน -ควบคุมการจัดทำ เอกสารทางบัญชีและการเงินที่ใช้สำหรับ Due Diligence -ประสานงานกับ ที่ปรึกษาทางการเงิน, ธนาคาร, และหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีหรือโทในสาขาการบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Accounting Manager อย่างน้อย 3-6 ปี
  3. มีประสบการณ์ ปิดงบการเงินชุดใหญ่ และบริหารบัญชีบริษัทที่มีหลายสาขา
  4. หากเคยทำงานใน ธุรกิจร้านอาหาร (F&B), ค้าปลีก (Retail), หรือธุรกิจที่มีหลายสาขา จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. หากมี CPA หรือ ACCA จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีความสามารถในการใช้ ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, TR Cloud, หรือโปรแกรมบัญชีอื่นๆ)
  7. มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์งบการเงินและวางแผนการเงิน
  8. ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหา และตัดสินใจในสถานการณ์ที่ซับซ้อน
  9. มีภาวะผู้นำ สามารถบริหารและพัฒนาทีมงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
  10. มีความสามารถในการ วางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ (Strategic Planning) และตัดสินใจทางการเงิน
  11. ทักษะการสร้างแรงจูงใจและการบริหารทีม
