Job Descriptions
1. ตั้งค่าแม่พิมพ์และเครื่องจักรสำหรับการผลิตตามแผน
2. การเตรียมวัสดุสำหรับการผลิตตามแผน (การผสม การบรรจุ การทำให้แห้ง ล้าง Stack การเตรียมเทอร์มินอล)
3. การเตรียมบรรจุภัณฑ์ (กล่อง ถาด รถเข็ญ ฯลฯ)
4. การกำจัดเศษ Scrap (สิ้นส่วน NG, Runner,ขยะ)
5. เตรียมซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์ & เครื่องจักร ตามแผน
6. แก้ไขปัญหาการผลิตร่วมกับทีมวิศวกร
7. ควบคุม 5S & Layout ในพื้นที่ให้เหมาะสม
8. Repair (Finishing mold, Welding - Laser, PM mold, Griding, Milling, Wire cut, EDM, Polishing, Support line production) !
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 21 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ปวส.
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการ Setup แม่พิมพ์ และ Support Line ผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ Repair, Welding - Laser, PM mold, Griding, Milling, Wire Cut, EDM
