Job Descriptions
1. Application for food production license and registration of FDA registration number.
2. Application for certification from various government agencies such as DLD OK, Halal, Q&Organic etc.
3. Carry out inspection plans, coordinate, prepare manuals and various documents for stores,and develop training programs to provide knowledge on good hygiene and food safety.
4. Other tasks that support quality:
- Update various food regulations and implement them in stores.
- Support the development of work related to quality.
- Establish procedures and comply with quality certification standards.
Qualifications
- Major : Food Science or related fields
- Min 5 years experience in Food science
- Having knowledge of product registration, food law & regulation, documentation
