Set up Training program propose to Management to proceed Training
Set up, review, implement career path for all positions
Set up, review, implement succesor plan for key position Monitor, follow up Training plan
Review update Organization chart, job description
Manage, review about Benefits program such as Insurance, Allowance, Provident fund to propose to Management
Responsible for compensations & benefits of the whole organization Review, verify accuracy of Payroll and allowance before paid.
Manage, review, monitor company policies, regulation, to make sure all of these policies are well implement Set up Activities, policies propose to Management to increase good employee relation Draft, review new regulation, polocies to implement with employee
