Job Descriptions
Job Responsibility
Responsible for recruitment of workshop staff and office staff, as well as the management of labor agencies.
Take charge of orientation training, labor contract signing, probation assessment, job transfer and promotion, etc.
Responsible for exit procedure and exit interview, and summarize turn-over analysis report periodically
Assist HR & Admin Manager for punishment management and make sure all the termination process is according to Thailand labor law
Assist HR & Admin Manager for training
Assist HR & Admin Manager to develop communication channels for employees and facilitate improvement plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, and at least 3 years’ experience in human resource management
- Experience in recruitment management of manufacturing or headhunter is a plus Familiar with Thailand labor law
- Proficient in English reading and writing, and skilled in micro-soft office software Good communication and coordination skills, proactive in work, and strong ability to withstand pressure
