Job Descriptions
Key Responsibility
1. Monitoring and management of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of all department under controlled in accordance with the organization.
2. Leading of Motivation activities to all employees in all department under controlled.
3. Manage and responsibility for Safety, Quality, Productivity including improvement, root cause analysis and countermeasure.
4. Ensure robust safety and security procedures and training are in place and operation are compliance with all required regulations.
5. Review all document, standards of all department under controlled.
6. Manage and Utilize assets in the most efficiency and effective way included manpower ,raw materials, machines, equipment, etc.
Production and Planning functional
1. Ensures the production plans and the production process that has actual production meets scheduled requirements.
2. Controls various the factors to ensure maximum utilization of available capacity taking into account available labor, tools, and equipment.
3. Manages, monitors, and controls the capacity planning, raw material demands scheduling, tools/DIE/Machine used and etc.
5. Collects and analysis data and information & quality control reports to improves production strategies and objectives.
Maintenance functional
1. Plans and monitors for machine utilization, quality improvement, and costs reduction.
2. Analyse problems and root causes analysis to improvement DIE, Machine, Jig etc.
3. Review and adjustment standard of condition machine and operate machine.
4. Consults and judgement to design and make Jig, Tooling for production.
5. Manage spare part’s stock of tools, DIE and Machine.
Logistic functional
1. Planning and managing All related activities, including warehouse work and product delivery work, must be efficient and consistent with the company's policy.
2. Analyse problems Present monthly work results, analyse problems that occur, and solve and prevent them.
Qualifications
- Sex : Male
- Over 35 years old
- Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Management or orther related field.
- At least 10 years experience of Engineering or Production in the automotive manufacturing.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in management level.
- Have leadership skill, Team building skill, Good relationship,
- Knowledge of press part, press die and measurement.
- Able to read drawing.
- Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
- To be understood people well, calm & be patient, can work under pressure
- ISO9001, IATF16949 Requirement & Procedure & Work Instruction concerned
- Problem-solving skills and team working
