Job Descriptions
- รับผิดชอบธุรกรรมทางบัญชีทั้งหมด (A/P, A/R, G/L) และรายงาน
- ทำหน้าที่และตรวจเอกสารการชำระเงิน
- ตรวจสอบภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย, ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ก่อนนำส่งสำนักงานบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ารายการทางบัญชีทั้งหมดถูกต้องและทันเวลา
- จัดทำ/ทบทวนข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการคำนวณภาษี ภงด.50, ภงด.51 ก่อนส่งสำนักงานบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบการยื่น WHT และ VAT ประจำเดือนไปยังกรมสรรพากร
- ดูแลงานด้านบัญชีทั่วไป บัญชีต้นทุน ควบคุมและตรวจสอบบัญชีต้นทุนได้
- ควบคุมการจัดทำรายงานภาษีอากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำส่งหน่วยราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำรายงานเสนอผู้บริหาร (ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย)
Qualifications
- ความรู้ด้านบัญชีการเงิน
- ความรู้ด้านกฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีอากร
- ความรู้ในการใช้งานโปรแกรมบัญชี สำเร็จรูป
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft office โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ Pivot Table ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐาน
- ทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน
- มีความซื่อสัตย์
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- เป็นคนตรงต่อเวลา
- กล้านำเสนอ
- ขยันอดทน
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
