BEYOND360 Co., Ltd. is a dynamic and fast-growing property management company and real estate agency that specializes in property sales, rentals, interior design, and management for foreign clients, mainly from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
With a rapidly expanding team of 80 employees, we are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to drive our people strategy and enhance our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned with the company’s goals.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition, ensuring we attract and retain top talent despite industry challenges.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture to create a positive working environment.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Design and oversee compensation and benefits structures, salary adjustments, and performance evaluations.
- Handle workforce planning, including job structuring, salary benchmarking, and HR budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Ability to develop HR frameworks, policies, and compensation structures.
- Proficiency in English and/or Chinese is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
