Review and analyze system and business requirements to create detailed test plans and test cases Execute manual testing across web, mobile, and back-end applications in the banking environment Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing Log, track, and validate bugs in coordination with development teams Work closely with BAs, developers, and PMs to ensure test coverage and defect resolution Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in defect triage and release cycles Ensure all test results are documented clearly and accurately in test management tools Adhere to internal QA processes and contribute to continuous quality improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2–5 years of manual testing experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services
Familiar with SDLC/STLC, QA best practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent issue tracking/test management tools
Understanding of core banking systems or financial workflows (e.g., loans, payments, mobile banking)
Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a high-demand project
