Job Responsibilities of Procurement Officer (Indirect Function)
1. Procurement Activity
Source and purchase service and indirect material that be following company regulation.
Evaluate and select supplier with high quality, lowest price, good supplied and credibility.
Create purchase order and supplied on time.
2. Supplier Management
Create and maintain relationship with supplier
Negotiate criteria of contract.
Verify efficiency working of supplier and solve any problem.
3. Cost Management
Follow market trend to be get suitable price.
To make sure about procurement that will be in break-even point and in budget.
Follow expense and maintain procurement record.
4. Quality certified
Verify confidently that material is conformity based on requirement and quality standard.
Solve problem when have issue in procurement.
5. Coordinate and communication
Update status of material procurement with stakeholder.
Coordinate with related department to specify need and requirement.
Qualifications
- Graduated bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Economic, Logistic, Management Science or related.
- Can work 6 days/week (Monday-Saturday).
- No need experience.
- Can use English for communication in basic level.
- Can work with on time.
