Job Descriptions

- Respond to user inquiries and service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system. - Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for end users. - Provide remote support to resolve technical problems with user Cloud PC VM (Roadmap) - Assist with user account management (e.g.,password resets, access permissions, etc.). - Escalate complex issues to higher-level, NOC Helpdesk staff or specialized support teams as needed. - Track and document all issues and resolutions in the assigned tool. - Provide excellent customer service and technical support with a focus on user satisfaction. Working Hours: 2 shifts x 7 days (7.00-15.00 and 15.00-23.00)

Qualifications

Male or female, 25-35 years of age.
Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or any related fields.
At least 2 - 5 years experience in Service Desk / Helpdesk Support or any related fields.
Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or support role.
Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of common operating systems. (Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android).
Contract 7 month. (renewable)
