1. Import
1.1 Free sales certificate control
1.2 P/O issuing to oversea supplier and follow up
1.3 Shipping document preparation and coordination with shipping broker for custom clearance
1.4 Import expenses control of freight, insurance, tax verification and shipping charge control
2. Monthly Report
2.1 AP & GT report
2.2 Incoming parts report
2.3 Keyin landing cost
3. Import Claims
3.1 Import claim receiving from QAS
3.2 Claim parts from supplier
4. Quality peocedure and concerned document performing and quality system supporting
5. Report to commander
6. Commander's assignment performing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree related subject
- English literacy & Excellent in Microsoft office application system
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Import of manufacturing field
- Applicable in ISO 9001 Quality Management System
