Position: Assistant to CEO
Qualifications:
Experience in a management role.
Proficiency in English or Russian as a working language.
Experience in real estate sales.
Job Description:
Assist in monitoring and following up on the work plans of the Sales and Marketing departments, ensuring smooth coordination.
Handle reception-based sales activities, including organizing and managing high-end tour group visits.
Support large-scale marketing channels, ensuring effective collaboration and partnerships.
Follow up on business coordination with specific channels or key clients.
Assist in various marketing-related tasks as needed.
Salary: Starting from 50,000 THB, based on experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in a management role.
- Background in real estate sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in English or Russian (both spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate between departments and manage work plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
