Job Descriptions
- Maintain and install all communication systems including E-mail, Network and Internet systems. - Solve information problems, both Hardware, Software, Operating system for the company's personnel as assigned. - Recommend computer usage and maintenance -Install computer equipment, various peripherals on the user's computer. - Install, maintain and solve problems in using the LAN network system within the organization. - Install basic programs. - Upgrade software related to computers and various devices. - Look at the Backup, Restore system and check the database. - Contact and coordinate with external organizations (vendors). - Maintain and maintain computers and various peripherals. - Prepare usage data, send for repair or various data necessary for IT management. - Work with supervisors to check and evaluate the efficiency of the network system, Server, IT Infrastructure.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, Age 25-35 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  3. 1-3 years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, or help desk management
  4. Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and office IT equipment/software, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  6. Have knowledge of ISO System
  7. Strongly interpersonal skills
  8. Strongly Service-minded
