1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Contract Logistics business across Southeast Asia, focusing on market entry, expansion, and sustainable revenue generation. 2. Lead business development efforts, identifying and securing strategic partnerships and opportunities in multiple customer verticals (Auto Parts Logistics). 3. Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and positioning company as a strategic partner. 4. Oversee end-to-end solution design and implementation for customized transportation services, ensuring operational excellence and aligning solutions with customer requirements. 5. Build, scale, and lead a high-performing team capable of delivering on ambitious growth targets in a start-up-like environment. 6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, finance, and HR, to ensure smooth implementation of logistics solutions and adherence to budget and performance goals. 7. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in Southeast Asia to keep company at the forefront of the logistics industry. 8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data insights and industry best practices to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA or equivalent ，Chinese speaker is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Contract Logistics, with proven expertise in Southeast Asia and a successful track record across various customer verticals (automotive parts).
Strong strategic thinker with extensive experience in business development and sales within the AUTO parts logistics sector.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale a business from ground zero, with a start-up mindset and resilience to navigate and solve challenges in an evolving environment.
Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering against ambitious growth targets.
In-depth knowledge of the Southeast Asian logistics landscape, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast Asia as needed.
