1. Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
2. Communicate with customer, commercial sales, and project management team for appropriate IT solutions and design.
3. Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients and partners.
4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new growth opportunities.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations for successful client acquisition.
6. Track and analyse sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to inform business development strategies.
7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.
8. Propose solution and present the designed solution to the customer
9. Strong ability to analyze customer needs and propose optimal technical solutions.
10. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with attention to detail.
11. Comfortable working independently and under pressure in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Information Technology.
- At least 3 years+ of experience in Technical Presales, System engineer, Network engineer, software engineer, or related IT area.
- Good in writing and speaking in English.
- Excellent oral, written, communication and presentation skills.
- Solid technical knowledge in networking product such as Security Product/Firewall, Switch, WLAN and Gateway.
- Strong relationships, teamwork, and positive thinking to manage projects.
- Able to work under high pressure, and a quick learner.
