Job DescriptionsCustomer Service
- Respond to customer services issues in a timely manner
- Provide support to customers by answering their questions in a proactive, clear and efficient way
- Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Coordinate to related departments for solving the issues
- Create effective operation procedures, policies, and standards
-Maintain accurate records and documents of all customer activities and discussion
- Keep accurate records and document customer actions and discussion
-Keep a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken
Admin
- Assist marketing team on documents, or other tasks required
- Support other colleagues in case of need and do other office work as assigned
- Perform other tasks as assigned by marketing team
Qualifications - Female, Thai Nationality Only
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 1 year working experiences related to the management of customers' complaint and inquiries
- Multi-tasked, service-minded and able to work well under pressure
- Have the ability to manage customers feeling
- Service minded, Analytical and Planning Skill
- Good command in Microsoft Office
