•development of commercial budgets and forecasts for volumes and revenues of container terminals, measure and exceed strategic business and performance objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
•include liaising and entertaining with Shipping Lines, Agents, Freight Forwarders, Shipper, Consignee, Logistics Provider, and other customers as well as local and international activities
•Seeking and assessing future business and business opportunities, representing the TDP’s locally and internationally with visitors, other businesses and government organizations, contributing to policy on future activity, TDP’s literature preparation, press releases and advertisement policy, website monitoring and updating, coordinating with other Vientiane Logistics Park group companies to ensure clarity of direction and to seek greater efficiencies,
• Ensuring strong collaboration within the team at all times to provide and maintain an accurate and timely flow of information, providing technical support to the business and carrying out relevant research programs, preparing and presenting reports and analysis.
•Champion development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to map customers, stakeholders, end-users, trade bodies, and industry associations, promoting strong personal relationships with all business influencers.
